Privacy Policy

Contact information. If you sign up for our drop list or a discount offer, we collect the email address (and phone number, if you choose to provide one for text alerts) you voluntarily submit.

Order information. Checkout happens on Square’s hosted payment page, not on our site — we never see or store your card number. We do receive order details (items purchased, total, order ID) needed to fulfill your order.

Browsing & analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, products viewed, and general usage patterns. This is aggregate, anonymized-style analytics traffic, not tied to your name.

We use the information above to:

• Fulfill and ship your orders.
• Send marketing emails or texts — only if you’ve opted in.
• Understand and improve the site.

We work with a small number of service providers:

• Square — processes payments and stores payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — provides site usage analytics via cookies (see below).
• Amazon Web Services — securely stores drop-list and discount signups.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or clear these cookies through your browser’s settings; the site will still work without them.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts at any time using the link or instructions included in each message. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal data, email kyle@waveilm.com.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
