Terms of Service
Effective August 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of wavecharlotte.com and any purchase you make from Wave Charlotte. By using the site, you agree to them.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or misuse any content on it.
Product listings
Wave is a curated buy/sell/trade shop for vintage streetwear and designer resale — nearly everything we sell is used and one-of-a-kind. Items are sold as-is. We describe condition to the best of our ability, but beyond what’s stated in a listing, we don’t guarantee an item’s condition, fit, or authenticity claims made by prior owners.
Pricing & availability
Because most inventory is one-off, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice, and an item can sell out or be pulled from the floor at any time.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example, due to a pricing error, a stock or listing mistake, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we’ll refund any amount already charged.
Intellectual property
All site content — including the Wave name, logo, photography, and copy — belongs to Wave Charlotte and may not be used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wave Charlotte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or a purchase made through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. We’d rather resolve any dispute informally first — email kyle@waveilm.com and we’ll work it out. If a dispute needs to go to court, it will be handled in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
