Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Wave is a resale shop — everything on the floor is vintage, used, or a one-off find, so we don’t offer returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, fit, or a change of mind. We describe every item’s condition as accurately as we can before it’s listed, so please read the description and photos closely, or ask us, before you buy.

The one exception: defective or wrong item

If an item arrives defective in a way not disclosed in the listing, or you receive the wrong item entirely, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kyle@waveilm.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right at our discretion — a replacement if one’s available, or a refund.
